Bienvenidos in our Finca! The B&B Finca Chiribita is a paradise in a tranquil location with a beautiful garden area in the triangle of Cartago-Orosi-Paraiso. You will have the chance to enjoy the surroundings and make exciting and astonishing trips to Orosi or the National Parks of Tapantí and Turrialba. We are happy to help you with your plans and look forward to spoiling you with superb accommodation, an excellent breakfast, and good service – according to the motto “Pura Vida“!

Nature and sustainability are very important to us. Whenever possible, we work with local suppliers and produce our products by ourselves. Our Bungalows were built by local craftsmen and all furniture was handmade by local carpenters. For breakfast we bake our own braid and bread, the milk comes from the farmer in the neighborhood and the fruits – except the bananas and a handful others, which come from our own garden – from the Feria del Agricultor in San Rafael, the big Saturday market just outside Cartago. We are proud of our chickens, that ensure that we can serve you fresh eggs day after day. The coffee plants do not yet yield enough beans to offer you homemade coffee, but what is not, can still become.

The many flowers in the garden have been deliberately chosen so that you can marvel at these colorful creatures again and again as you watch the birds. Often they are accompanied by equally fascinating butterflies. We also attach great importance to recycling. We are happy to accept your pet and glass bottles as well as any aluminum cans at the reception.
